Contract work is the hybrid in recruitment and suits those candidates looking for consistent and ongoing work. You will be employed directly by the client however the term of the booking assignment is agreed at the time of booking and will have a finish date.
This is a great option if you are looking to fill a gap or have training booked or are in training for a new role. The hours can be created to suit your work life balance and availability. Some of the roles require live in and some are local to you. You will be paid monthly and know your last working day at the time of booking. If your situation changes mid-way through the booking you can amend the dates. Clients use this service for seasonal peaks when the work is there for a set period.
Whilst at work you will receive all the standard rates of pay matching the role as if you were with the employer long term. You will feel part of the team and get to know the other staff members.
Once your assignment is agreed we will send you all the details and arrange your start date. Towards the end of the contract we will be in touch to discuss your next move and requirements, so we can provide ongoing work.
