What Information we collect from you?
We collect and process your personal data about you when submit your cv and contact details when you make an enquiry on our website. Your data submission may lead to you engaging our services as a recruitment agency or business and at this time we will send you another privacy notice outlining how we process your data. The legal basis we use to process your data from the website is
- Legitimate interest
Our legitimate interest is based on that a candidate who freely offers their personal data to the agency / business would expect their data to be processed to enable the agency to offer work finding services. We will ask for your consent to process your data initially via the website so we can explain our services to you and you can then make the decision if you wish to engage our services.
If you are signing up for a newsletter on our website we will ask for your consent to send you relevant news via a email newsletter format via our marketing external company 101LTD. Your personal data will remain in our secure account and not be passed to any other company or sold. We will only send you a newsletter if you consent to us doing so and engaging our work finding services will not automatically engage you in our newsletter database.
The information we collect about you includes personal data including
- Your name, address, and contact details, including your email address and telephone numbers and date of birth if supplied on a CV.
- Details of your qualifications, skills and experience and employment history, including start dates and end date, with previous employers if supplied by you via the website
- Any other information you wish to provide.
How we collect information about you?
Information will be collected from our website sign up pages, your CV if you attach one and preferences of work locations and type of work you wish to do. In other instances the data maybe collected from emails, correspondence and meetings or other assessments.
Data will be stored in a range of different places, including your personal file, in IT systems such as the organisation email system, in our in house CRM System – InfluenceIT.
How we will use the information we will collect?
We will need to process your personal data to be able offer you work finding services with you and meet the obligations of the arrangement.
Who do we share the information with?
Your personal data will be shared with company employees who will assess your data and offer suitable services to you. Further privacy notices will be sent if you wish to engage our services.
How we protect your data?
Prosper Business Recruitment Limited is committed to keeping your personal data safe and secure from unauthorised access. To do this we may encrypt our data, review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, restrict access to personal information to Prosper Business Recruitment Limited employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process for us who are subject to contractual confidentiality and processing obligations, internal policies setting our data securely approach and training for employees.
No decision will be made about you solely based on automated decision making (where a decision is taken about you solely using an electronic system without human involvement) which has a significant impact on you.
Access to your information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you and the right to be informed about the data we process. If you need to alter your data – you can. You can restrict the processing of data. You have the right to portability in certain circumstances. You have the right to object to processing if its based in a public or legitimate interest, you can withdraw from automated decision making and profiling, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you would like to a copy of some or all of your personal information please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests will require proof of identification before processing commences.
Removal or Correcting your Information
You have the right to request your personal information be removed or amended from our systems unless required to fulfil a legal or contractual obligation. You can request for your details to be removed or correcting by contact email@example.com . We are required to seek proof of identification before any requests will be processed.
How long do we keep your data?
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.
The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services. 48 hour opt out notices need to be kept at least two years from creation.
There is no legal requirement for personal data storage of a data subject should they not engage our services. We will from time to time review data received from our website, if data is not being processed we will automatically delete the data.
